Are parents allowed to join the class?
We kindly ask parents to wait in our school's facilities or at a nearby café. Joining the class is not possible as it can disrupt the learning environment and hinder the development of independence in young children. Additionally, having parents in the classroom may distract both the children and the teachers, impacting the overall effectiveness of the lessons. It might also make other children sad or uncomfortable, especially those whose parents are unable to stay. Our goal is to create a safe, focused, and comfortable learning space where all children can thrive without distractions.
Are there any additional fees for course materials or activities?
No, there are no additional fees. Course materials and activities are included in the registration fee.
Are make-up classes available for missed sessions?
If there are empty spots in another group, we will do our best to accommodate you and offer an alternative session.
How do you handle separation anxiety in young children during the playgroups?
Our teachers are trained to gently comfort and engage children who experience separation anxiety. We use a variety of techniques such as distraction with fun activities, positive reinforcement, and gradual acclimatization to help children feel secure and comfortable in the new environment.
